Our history starts in 1998 and stems from the housing estate construction support program realised by the CHF foundation (Cooperative Housing Foundation). This program was nationwide realised in 1990s as the element of the aid of the American government. Right from the beginning we belonged to the most professional and most dynamic companies within the whole CHF program and the effect of our work is constituted by 3 real estate housing districts and 12 multi family housing buildings. Between the years of 2000-2006 we have completed the total of 56 houses and 515 flats.

From 2006 we have been also building houses and flats in the form of the developing company organisational structure. From that time we have completed and passed on for exploitation 7 multi family buildings as well as the total of 508 flats.

The target company of AWIM Kraków completed Fulfilled Dreams Housing Estate (336 flats in 5 buildings). Further 38 flats within the last building located within that Housing Estate is currently in the process of construction. The second target company AWIM Development has completed the First Phase of Eldorado Housing Estate (173 flats within two buildings) and is currently in the process of initiation of the second phase (90 flats in 3 buildings).

The success of our realisations was always constituted by the sum of innovatory technologies, carefully chosen locations, high execution and finishing quality as well as well thought project design solutions.
